Pantechnicon is a hospitality and retail concept based in Belgravia, London, showcasing Nordic and Japanese dining and crafts. Housed in a fully renovated historic building, there are multiple eateries and bars on offer, including a beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant. We helped develop a social media strategy to launch this exciting brand in 2020 and put Pantechnicon firmly on the map.
Our creative team spoke with Pantechnicon’s senior stakeholders and analysed customer demographics and consumer behaviours to develop an effective content strategy. We determined social media content pillars that would perform well and create coherent brand imaging and messaging that would resonate with its target audience.
We shot stylised photography and videography to produce on-brand promotional images of the Pantechnicon building and its different retail and food offerings. As part of our social media strategy, we created guidelines and visual templates for posts so their internal team could roll these out effortlessly.
To ensure branding remained strong, we made a pack for Pantechnicon’s partners which included logos and useful copy about the destination and detailed 'how to share' assets. This covered tone of voice and photography guidelines, and editable Instagram Feed and Stories templates.
